Discount Tire

Great place to get tires. I’ve used their mobile installation a few months back and it was a very smooth process! I just got new tires on my other car today and I worked with both Jeff and Jake and they both did a great job and I always have a positive experience with this location! I will continue to service my tires with them and you should too!

I had an excellent experience at this Discount Tire. Owen was phenomenal — genuinely helpful, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of properly. He took the time to walk me through the options, answered all my questions without rushing, and made the whole process smooth and straightforward. It’s rare to get service this good these days. I’ll definitely be back and will ask for Owen again. Highly recommend.

I purchased a set of new tires on line and when they arrived Alex called to tell me they were in and asked if i would like to come ahead of my appointment to put them on. I arrived at 800 on a Friday for my appointment and at 8:19 I was on my way home. WOW!!!! Replaced 4 tires, new valve stems, balanced and in and out in 19 minutes. These guys are awesome! Great to have an appointment.

I've been going to Discount Tire for over 20 years in multiple states. What I experienced yesterday was truly incredible. I arrived at the Frisco store around 11am because I had a nail in my tire. I just moved into a new neighborhood so construction is everywhere. I was told to drop my tire and wheel off (since I had a spare on) and return in about 2 hours when the patch was completed. Discount tire has always patched my tires free of charge. I showed up at around 2:45pm... almost 4 hours later. First they couldn't find my wheel/tire. Second they told me they couldn't fix the nail hole and tried to upsell me a brand new tire. These tires had less than 15,000 miles on them and the nail hole was in the center tread. Third they claimed that they called me which was false. Just complete incompetence on all levels. I went across the parking lot to a store that starts with M and had it patched within 15 minutes. I would avoid this location at all costs...

I recently switched from Walmart tires to Discount Tire, praising them for their service and honesty (particularly the location on Cerrillos Rd in Santa Fe, NM). However, this location on FM 423 in Little Elm has officially lost my respect and my business. I came in because my rear right tire has a small leak. I bought these tires brand new in Oct 2023 when my car had 49,000 miles. It is now April 2026 and I’m at 63,000 miles—meaning I’ve only driven 14,000 miles on them. When I arrived, Connor greeted me with a handshake, which I assumed was a sign of a good and honest businessman-ship. I explained the issue, he checked the tires, and then showed me the green/yellow/red board claiming I had three tires in the yellow and one in the red. I told him I wasn't buying tires today, I barely use the vehicle, and I just needed the tire fixed. He kept selling the new tires anyway. As he walked from the board back to the counter, he continued a tirade of reasons why I needed them, talking about safety and braking power. He ended by saying, “Not just for your safety but for the safety of others on the road,” which I assume was meant to guilt-trip me into buying. After taking my keys, he h
